Shipping Policy and Returns

Please allow between 7-14 days for most items in our store to
arrive    If it will take longer than 14 days each product
has the amount of time it will take for the product to arrive, so please refer
to your product description.  If the allotted
time has passed and you have not received your order please contact us on our
contact page on this website.  Refunds
will be handled through email if necessary.

 

Next Day May or May not be an option on checkout for your area: It is your responsibility to check the availability of next day shipping in your area.  (Orders for next day will be sent regardless of availability of next day service even if it takes two days for delivery)  Your order will be shipped within 24hrs from the time you order.

 

All Orders are shipped via UPS to the United States only. Either Standard Ground, UPS 3- Day, or UPS 2nd Day Air deliver is available. See below for conditions.

 

3 Day Select does not mean you will have delivery in 3 days. Only that will we ship the order using UPS 3 Day Select, which is usually twice as fast as ground. You will receive your order within 3 business days, once the order has shipped. We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by UPS. No weekend deliveries.

 

2nd Day Air does not mean you will have delivery in 2 days. Only that will we ship the order using UPS 2nd Day Air. You will receive your order within 2 business days, once the order has shipped. We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by UPS. No weekend deliveries.

 

UPS Ground: UPS ground which normally takes 3-8 days for delivery, depending on how far your address is away from one of our warehouses.

 

3 Day Select: (3 Day Select is twice as fast as Ground) Selecting 3 Day Select does NOT mean you will receive your order three days after the order is placed. Rather, you will receive your order within 3 business days, once the order has shipped.

 

2nd Day Air: Selecting 2nd Day Air does NOT mean you will receive your order two days after the order is placed. Rather, you will receive your order in 2 business days, once the order has shipped.

 

Out of the Country:  Allow 3-6 weeks standard.  Allow 6-12 days Global Priority  Allow 3-7 days Global Express. Countries will vary

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If you have a defective product you must contact us
within 10 days to let us know and we will allow a full 30 days from the date of
arrival for you to return the item for a refund.  If you do not contact us within 10 days after
the product arrives, we will consider the product used and not returnable. If 10
days have gone by since your order was received, and you did not contact us, unfortunately
we can’t offer you a refund or exchange your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the
same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products unless it is defective or does not work the way we describe.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of
purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are
granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that
has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons
not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify
you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,
within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund
is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is
posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet,
please contact us from our contact page on this website.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange
it for the same item, send us an email at *** and send your item to: ****
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,
you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned
item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift
giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a
refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs
for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your
exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
